Purchase grants a single-user license for training purposes only. Sharing login credentials, course content, certification access, or training materials with others is a violation of this agreement and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
- No Redistribution or Reuse
Content may not be copied, sold, resold, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including within organizations, without prior written consent from ABA Building Blocks.
- Digital Security Measures
- IP addresses are tracked to monitor access and prevent unauthorized sharing.
- Login activity is monitored for suspicious behavior, including multiple devices or locations.
- Certification issuance is tied to verified individual participation. Sharing certifications is a violation of this agreement.
- Violations & Enforcement
Any violation of these terms may result in:- Immediate revocation of access
- Forfeiture of certification
- Legal action for copyright infringement and breach of terms
- Financial penalties or damages, if applicable
